1. About Hattah

Hattah is a local shopping platform that helps customers discover nearby stores, view available products and request delivery. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to the Hattah website, storefronts, account features and related services.

By visiting or using Hattah, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to enter into a legally binding agreement to use Hattah. If you are under 18, use the platform only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Some features require an account or contact details. Keep the information you provide accurate and current, protect your login credentials and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless it resulted from Hattah’s failure to use reasonable security measures.

3. Stores, products and orders

Stores on Hattah are independent local businesses. Product descriptions, availability, prices, packaging and fulfilment are supplied or confirmed by the relevant store and may change without notice.

Adding an item to your cart is not a guarantee that it will remain available. An order is accepted only when Hattah or the store confirms it. If an item becomes unavailable, we may contact you about a replacement, adjust the order or issue a refund for that item.

4. Pricing, payment and delivery

The amount shown at checkout includes the product prices and any delivery or service charges displayed for your selected location. We try to keep information accurate, but an obvious pricing or listing error may be corrected before an order is fulfilled.

You authorise the selected payment method for the final amount shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are indicative and can change because of store preparation, traffic, weather, availability or other events outside reasonable control.

5. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellation and return eligibility depends on the item, its condition, the store’s policy and applicable law. Perishable or prepared items may not be returnable unless they arrive damaged, incorrect or materially different from the confirmed order.

Where a refund is approved, it is normally returned through the original payment method. Contact [email protected] with your order details and a clear description of the issue so we can investigate with the store or delivery partner.

6. Acceptable use

Use Hattah lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• Use the platform to mislead, defraud, harass or harm another person or business.
• Interfere with the platform, probe its systems, introduce malicious code or bypass security controls.
• Copy, scrape, frame, resell or commercially exploit platform content or services without written permission.
• Submit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or other rights, or violates applicable law.

7. Content and intellectual property

Hattah and its licensors retain rights in the platform, branding, software, design and original content. We give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable permission to use the platform for personal shopping in accordance with these terms.

If you send feedback, reviews or other material to Hattah, you confirm that you have the right to share it and allow us to use it to operate, improve and promote the service. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or otherwise inappropriate.

8. Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep Hattah available and accurate, but the platform is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that every store or product will be available, or that delivery will meet an estimated time.

To the extent permitted by law, Hattah is not responsible for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, information supplied by a store, or your failure to follow these terms or protect your account.

9. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms as Hattah, our services or applicable requirements change. The revised date at the top of this page shows when the latest version took effect. Continued use of Hattah after an update means you accept the revised terms.
